1 onion (finely chopped)
1 capsicum (finely chopped)
pineapple slices (chopped into small pieces)
100 gms mayonnaise (6-7 tbsp)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Ingredients:
200 grams chicken 1 onion (finely chopped)
1 capsicum (finely chopped)
pineapple slices (chopped into small pieces)
100 gms mayonnaise (6-7 tbsp)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Steps:
- Boil chicken with salt. Once cooled, shred the chicken. Alternatively, you can also shred rotisserie chicken.
- Add chopped onions, capsicum, pineapple and mix.
- Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
