Chicken and Pineapple Salad recipe Mangy Kitchen


















Ingredients:
200 grams chicken 
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 capsicum (finely chopped)
pineapple slices (chopped into small pieces)
100 gms mayonnaise (6-7 tbsp)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder 

Steps:
  1. Boil chicken with salt. Once cooled, shred the chicken. Alternatively, you can also shred rotisserie chicken. 
  2. Add chopped onions, capsicum, pineapple and mix. 
  3. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. ENJOY!
