Chicken Stew Curry (no grinding) - Diana

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
3 onions (cut in cubes)
1 tomato (chopped)
2 potatoes (cut in cubes)
2 green chilies (slit)
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
2 cardamom pods
3 tsp stew powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
2 tbsp ghee
1 bunch coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Steps:
  1. Heat ghee. Add onions and fry till light golden. 
  2. Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, tomatoes and green chillies.  
  3. Add stew powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well. Fry till the tomatoes cook and the oil separates.
  4. Add the chicken and potatoes. Mix till the chicken is coated well, then add 1 cup water.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, add chopped coriander leaves. 
  6. ENJOY!
