Ingredients:
200gms oats
1 egg
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp white chocolate syrup
1/4 tsp lemon essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk
For toppings
blueberry jam
maple syrup
crushed walnuts
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix well till you get a smooth consistency. Set aside for 5 minutes and mix well. If it thickens too much, add a little milk.
- Fry the pancakes in butter.
- To plate, first add blueberry jam, then add the pancakes, maple syrup and top with crushed walnuts.
- ENJOY!
