Chickpea and Bell Peppers Salad - Jean

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
2 colored capsicum / bell peppers (finely sliced)
1 small red onion (finely chopped)
3 tomatoes (finely chopped)
1/2 fresh lemon - juiced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried mint
1 tsp black pepper powder 
1/4 bunch coriander leaves (garnish)
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:
  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together well. 
  2. Add salt and lemon juice last, just before serving.
  3. ENJOY!
