Simple and Tasty Chicken Fry - Rosy aunty

Ingredients: 
500 gms chicken (whole legs/ drumsticks)

Yogurt Masala Mix Marinade:
2 tbsp whisked yoghurt 
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 tsp bafat powder
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp coriander powder
3/4 tsp cumin powder         
1/2 tsp garam masala powder  
1/3 tsp pepper powder       
1/2 lemon - juice
salt as per taste 
4-5 tbsp oil for shallow frying  

Steps:
  1. Wash the chicken and drain all the water. Pat dry the chicken, make slits. 
  2. Prepare yogurt masala mix and marinate the chicken. Set it aside for 2 hours.

  3. In a pan, heat oil and place the chicken pieces side by side.
  4. Fry on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes and flip it, continue to fry on medium heat for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Flip it again and fry on low heat turning it every 2 minutes to roast it evenly (At this point, you can cover and cook) until it's cooked well and juicy (do not over fry).
