Goat Curry in a Hurry (no grinding) - Victor

Ingredients:
500gms goat 
50 ml olive oil
2 onions (chopped)
2-3 tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp chilli Powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder/haldi
½ tsp garam masala powder 
1 tsp kasuri methi / dried fenugreek leaves
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 

Steps:
  1. Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker. Add onions and fry lightly.
  2. Add ginger and garlic paste. Fry until the raw smell goes away. 
  3. Add tomatoes and fry until the oil separates. 
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add meat and stir in. DO NOT ADD EXTRA WATER.
  6. Pressure cook on medium heat for 45 minutes.
  7. Add garam masala powder, kasuri methi (optional) and coriander leaves.
  8. ENJOY!
Notes:
  • You can add potato cubes to the dish, if desired.
