Chicken Fry - Daisy aunty

Ingredients:
500 - 750 gms chicken (make slits)
6-8 tbsp kabab powder
1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon - juice
1 egg or 3 tbsp curd (optional)
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Steps:
  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a thick paste.
  2. Apply it to the chicken and let it marinate in the fridge overnight or for in the freezer to cook on a later date. On the day of cooking, keep the chicken out to thaw. 
  3. In a pan, heat oil.
  4. Add the chicken and fry well on both sides.
  5. ENJOY!
Notes:
  • You can use any remainder marinade for asparagus and fry it. It's delicious!
