Carrot Cake - Yvonne Pereira

Ingredients
3 cups grated carrot
1 cup nuts
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp of cinnamon powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Steps:
  1. Beat eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, salt and oil slowly to the batter.
  2. Add in the nuts and grated carrots. Combine well.
  3. Transfer to a lined baking pan.
  4. Bake at 375F for 45 minutes. Cool then slice.
  5. ENJOY!
