The Mangy Kitchen Bikki's kheema from scratch recipe



















Ingredients:

Bikki's meat spice mix:
2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Mix all together.

Bikki's Kheema:
1 kg mince meat
2 tbsp fresh ginger garlic
2 onions (chopped)
1/2 cup peas
coriander leaves
1 cup water
oil
salt

Steps:
  1. In a vessel, heat oil. 
  2. Add ginger and garlic and fry.
  3. Add onions and fry.
  4. Add mince meat and fry.
  5. Add peas and bikki's meat spice mix and fry.
  6. Add water and simmer until it reduces ~15 minutes. Add vinegar, if desired.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. ENJOY!
